RETURNING RECEIVED PRODUCTS
At Memento, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or directly through the contact page on our website so we can make it right.
If your order is damaged during shipping or flawed because of a mistake from our end, we'll make sure to replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
If you're unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, such as a low-resolution image or a misspelled word, we'll help you fix it and replace your order. But this would incur some additional fees that would be discussed on case by case basis.
In many cases, you won't have to return your order. However, we may ask you to return the order so we can take a look at the mistake. In such cases, it's Memento's responsibility to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note that returning or fixing your order is different than cancelling it or asking for a refund.
Returning your order means that you're not fully satisfied with the product you received and you want us to make some modifications or corrections to it.
CANCELLING ORDERS AND ASKING FOR A REFUND
Cancelling a product means that you have changed your mind and you don't want us to design or create your product just before we start doing so.
You can cancel an order only within 48 hours after placing it on the website and before we start working on your design and product.
To cancel your order, you can contact us by email at email@example.com or directly through the contact page on our website.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 2 weeks after the cancellation date. It’s up to us to decide on the most suitable method to send you back your money (credit to your, wire transfer, cash, etc…).
Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
